Bainbridge Promotes Key Team Members in Central Florida

ORLANDO, FL – Sept. 22, 2025 – The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge) promoted two pivotal team members to new roles with the growing multifamily real estate company. Central Florida-based Jon Chapman and Linda Thompson were elevated to Vice President of Operations and Area Vice President, respectively.

Chapman was previously Area Vice President at Bainbridge. He has nearly a quarter-century of property management experience ranging from new construction lease-up communities to multi-million-dollar rehab assets. Chapman first joined Bainbridge in early 2022 and was named 2022 Regional Manager of the Year by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.

A Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate, Chapman has managed a diverse range of assets across Florida, Georgia and South Florida. He is versed in portfolio management, with oversight of all aspects of operations including financial accountability, marketing, renovations/capital improvements and asset repositioning.

Thompson has more than 35 years of multifamily experience overseeing various asset types. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Bainbridge’s Central Florida activities. Thompson holds CAPS, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certifications.

Bainbridge is extremely active in Central Florida. Notable Bainbridge communities or active projects in the region include Bainbridge Sand Lake, Bainbridge World Center and Bainbridge International.
