Bainbridge Companies Welcomes Kevin Kochersperger as Vice President of Facilities

WELLINGTON, FL – May 2025 – The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), a premier owner, developer and manager of multifamily communities, announces that Kevin Kochersperger has joined the leadership team as Vice President of Facilities. 


Kochersperger brings over 30 years of experience across both public and private sectors, as well as numerous esteemed qualifications, including Certified Professional Facilities Manager (CPFM), FEMA (CIMS/CERT) Coordinator, OSHA Safety Officer, Journeyman Electrician, and Stationary Engineer. He is also an active and dedicated member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).


In his new position, he leads capital improvement initiatives, strategically oversees renovation projects, and manages the daily maintenance operations across the company’s diverse portfolio of luxury communities. His focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance aims to elevate Bainbridge's commitment to providing exceptional living environments.
