Bainbridge Wesley Chapel Helps Meet Growing Housing Demand for One of the Nation’s Top 10 Cities for Relocation
Wellington, Fla. (June 27, 2024) – The Bainbridge Companies LLC (Bainbridge) today announced construction has begun on Bainbridge Wesley Chapel, in partnership with PCCP, LLC.
The Class A community will be located outside of Tampa at 32511 Sugarplum Loop, Wesley Chapel, Fla., and is slated to be completed by August 2025. The construction loan was provided by Amzak Capital Management, a real estate investment firm located in Boca Raton. Bainbridge Wesley Chapel will offer 411 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 858 to 1,466 square feet featuring chef-inspired kitchens with islands and white quartz countertops, designer fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms, bathtubs, walk-in showers, plank flooring, smart thermostats, keyless entries, patios, and in-unit washers and dryers.
Future Bainbridge Wesley Chapel residents will enjoy community amenities, including a resort-style pool and sundeck with grilling areas, a resident clubhouse with indoor and outdoor social spaces, coworking and study pods, a fitness center, a dog park, a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, and on-site storage units. Bainbridge Wesley Chapel will be located 20 miles north of downtown Tampa, with the surrounding area consisting of single-family homes and master-planned communities.
