Bainbridge employs a valuable in-house resource on each development and acquisition transaction through its own Development and Construction Department. Unlike many real estate developers and managers in the industry, Bainbridge executes the development and construction aspects of each project in a “hands-on” manner utilizing its significant experience and technical capabilities. The principals responsible for development and construction have substantial experience in building multifamily residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects from both the general contracting and development side of the business. Bainbridge has strong relationships with many of the premier architects, engineers, planners, consultants, and contractors in the industry. A team of these professionals is created specifically for each project to achieve the superior quality and delivery goals of a Bainbridge community of real estate.
